I did the Chakra Sound Healing session, and it was the best sound healing I have ever done in my life! Highly recommend! The space is also very comfortable, clean and quiet (despite being so close to Thamel you hardly hear anything coming from the outside). Came out feeling light and regenerated.

The best singing bowls training centre. They gave me the wonderful experience I had at singing bowls training course. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to learn from such knowledgeable and skilled instructors. The course was an enriching experience for me and I appreciate all the effort that went into organizing it. The instructors were not only highly skilled but also very patient, friendly, and approachable. They took the time to arrange training and answered all questions and make sure i understood the material. I was also impressed by the high-quality facilities and resources that were provided to us. The learning environment was comfortable, clean, and inviting, and the materials and equipment were of the highest caliber. I feel that this course has expanded my knowledge and skills in singing bowls, and I am excited to apply what I have learned in my future practice. Once again, thank you so much for everything

During my stay in Nepal, I’ve got a magic sound healing session and training course at Lotus Mindful. Healing sessions were so deep, my body got totally relaxed and mind calmed down. Various of instruments fulfilled me with joy and positive energy, in such way i become one with the sound and healing just begun. The tension got released and I started to feel and hear myself more than usually, viewing who am i and what i want to do in my life. Traveled to Nepal after a cancer diagnosis to learn about and pursue Buddhism. A Nepali friend in the US recommended Lotus Mindfulness, as I was interested in sound healing. My time with Arvind was amazing. I booked a sound session and it was incredible. Arvind was so caring and supportive. He listened to my story and journey, and provided a healing session that was exactly what I needed. This will be the first of many interactions with Arvind and his team. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a rejuvenating sound therapy session at Lotus Mindfulness Relaxation Services during my visit to Kathmandu. The best place to learn sound healing. ❤️ I have just completed the sound healing course at Lotus Mindful and had a wonderful experience. The course material is very well-rounded including theory and practice, covering chakra balancing, self healing, leading group sound baths and everything in between. The teachers are very kind, knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about what they do and very dedicated to the improvement of each and every student. The school is also well equipped with beautiful sets of carefully selected sound bowls and a variety of other instruments.
